Wedding photographer Sussex

Congratulations on your engagement, and getting married in Sussex is a brilliant decision! I am based in Salisbury, although I shoot weddings all over Sussex, the UK and overseas.  

Sussex is a beautiful county and has some amazing wedding venues such as Amberley Castle, Fitzleroi Barn, The Ravenswood, Alexander House Hotel, Southend Barns, Brighton Harbour Hotel and Horsted Place Hotel.  

My job on your wedding day is to capture the emotion, love, laughter and everything else that happens over the course of the day. This is what a good documentary photographer does naturally. I won’t ask you to pose in cliched positions, throw confetti on cue or make you stand for hours in formal groups away from all the fun of your wedding day.  Instead I will be there from start to finish, quietly capturing all of the important moments and funny little things that happen, the spirited exchanges between your families and friends, and tell the story of your utterly unique wedding day. 

I always feel so privileged to be trusted to document people’s weddings – they really are one of the best days of your life (I know, I’m married!).  When you are both old and drinking gin in your slippers, I hope my photographs will transport you back to your beautiful wedding day as if it were yesterday.
